## Phase 1 — Page audit

Role: you are a strategist who specializes in growing Instagram accounts.

Context: below is the data about my page.
- Niche: [your niche]
- Target audience: [who your audience is]
- Bio as it is now: [paste your current bio]
- Topics of my recent posts: [list the topics of your last 10-20 posts]
- Posts that did best: [paste them, with numbers if you have them]
- Posts that did worst: [paste them, with numbers if you have them]
- Main goal right now: [followers / leads / sales / authority / engagement]

Task: audit the page and answer each point below under its own heading:
1. What the page communicates today
2. What feels confusing or too generic
3. Which topics have the most potential
4. Which topics I should drop
5. What my audience most likely wants more of
6. What the page is missing
7. The three changes with the highest priority, to make first

Constraints: be concrete and tied to my data. No generic social media tips. If a piece of data is missing, say what you would need instead of guessing.

## Phase 2 — Clear positioning

Role: act as an expert in brand positioning.

Context: here is the audit of my Instagram page:
[paste the page audit from Phase 1]

Task: build a clear positioning strategy. Cover each point under its own heading:
1. The precise audience to focus on
2. The core problem I solve for them
3. The outcome they are after
4. The topics I want to be recognized for
5. What sets this page apart
6. A positioning statement in one sentence
7. Five better versions of my bio
8. One simple reason to follow the page today

Constraints: keep every answer specific and easy to grasp. Avoid vague, empty wording such as "helping you unlock your potential".

## Phase 3 — Content pillars

Role: you are the content strategist for my Instagram page.

Context:
- Niche: [your niche]
- Audience: [who your audience is]
- Goal: [followers / leads / sales / authority]

Task: create 5 content pillars for the page. For every pillar provide:
- what the pillar is for
- why it matters to my audience
- 10 post ideas
- the most suitable format for each idea
- the emotional or curiosity angle
- a call to action that fits it naturally

Mix these content types in a balanced way across the ideas: educational posts, step-by-step guides, mistakes to avoid, useful lists, relatable problems, opinion posts, personal insights, case studies.

Constraints: no repeated ideas and nothing generic.

## Phase 4 — 30-day posting plan

Task: build a 30-day Instagram content calendar from my content pillars.

Inputs:
- Content pillars: [paste your content pillars from Phase 3]
- How much I can publish: [number of posts per week]
- Formats I am able to produce: [carousels / reels / stories / single images / text posts]

For each day, give:
- topic
- hook
- best format
- key points to cover
- call to action
- which pillar it belongs to
- why this post is worth publishing

Rules:
- Balance three kinds of content: posts that bring growth, posts that build trust and posts that convert.
- Never pad the calendar with weak ideas just to fill all 30 days.
- After the calendar, list separately the 10 strongest ideas, ranked, so I know which to make first.

## Phase 5 — From one idea to a complete post

Role: you write the content for my Instagram page.

Inputs:
- The idea to turn into a full post: [your post idea]
- Audience: [who your audience is]
- Goal: [educate / grow / generate leads / sell]

Deliver:
1. Ten possible hooks
2. The best of them, with the reason it works
3. The complete caption
4. Where it fits, the slide-by-slide carousel structure or the reel script
5. The call to action
6. Three story ideas that support the post
7. A comment to pin under the post
8. An alternative version built on a different angle

Writing rules:
- plain, human language
- no robotic phrasing
- no empty hype
- deliver the value fast
- easy to skim
- no claims you cannot back up

## Phase 6 — Repurpose a winning post

Context: this Instagram post did well.
Post: [paste the post]
Results: [paste views / saves / shares / comments / leads]

Task: take its core idea and turn it into each of these pieces:
1. A reel script
2. A carousel
3. A short caption
4. A sequence of stories
5. A FAQ post
6. A contrarian opinion post
7. A version for beginners
8. An advanced version
9. A follow-up post
10. A stronger sequel

Constraints: every piece keeps the central insight but must feel new. Do not just reword the original sentences.

## Phase 7 — Weekly numbers review

Role: you analyze the performance of my Instagram page.

Context: these are this week's posts. For each one I give its topic and format plus these metrics: views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, follows, profile visits, and leads and sales where available:
[paste this week's posts with their metrics]

Task: analyze the results and answer each point under its own heading:
1. Topics that performed best
2. Hooks that grabbed attention
3. Formats that brought the most reach
4. Posts with the most saves or shares
5. Posts that produced real business results
6. Patterns you see
7. What to stop posting
8. What to double down on
9. The 10 best ideas for next week
10. Three experiments to try next

Constraints: do not stop at a ranking. Explain why the winners worked and turn those patterns into an improved strategy.
