My niche: [your niche]

Task:
1. Explain how Facebook's algorithm currently decides which content gets reach and engagement.
2. Based on that, help me work out which type of content I should focus on for my niche: short-form, long-form, reels or posts.

End with a clear recommendation and the reasons behind it.
